Mungo & Maud's Next Top Dog Model

Thank you so much for entering the Mungo & Maud Next Top Dog Model Competition 2009. After the many hundreds of entries and hours of deliberation, our panel of judges has finally picked their winner. We are pleased to announce that the winner of this year’s Mungo & Maud Next Top Dog Model Competition is Penelope, a Harlequin Great Dane.

Penelope will turn one on 27 June 2009 and we would like to congratulate her and thank our panel of judges for choosing a very worthy winner. We have posted the winning photograph of Penelope here in her most striking pose.

We would also like to congratulate our two runners-up. Dax, a ten week old Chihuahua puppy and Olive, a six month old Lakeland Terrier. All three dogs will appear in our upcoming Mungo & Maud Next Top Dog Model photo shoot as well as on our website, modeling our wares over the coming weeks and months.

Finally we would like to thank all of our Mungo & Maud customers for taking part in the competition and we do hope that you will be back to see us very soon and enter your dogs again next year for Mungo & Maud’s Next Top Dog Model 2010.
